The Process

Our bears are lovingly made to honor your baby’s life. While they are meant to be given in the hospital so families never walk out with empty arms, we do accept individual requests through our website.

We keep a small inventory for individual requests, so there is often a waitlist. Requests are fulfilled as supplies allow.

Weighted bears are always free of charge. If your bear needs to be mailed, we kindly ask that the shipping cost be covered by the person requesting.

Because we offer these bears at no cost, the only way we can continue doing so is through the generosity of our community. If you’re able, please consider supporting us through a donation — it helps us grow and reach more families.

Grief is deeply personal. If you are a family member requesting a bear for someone you love, we ask that you speak with them first to ensure they are ready to receive a bear. This helps us honor their grief in the gentlest way possible.
